What happens if I don't get my item(s)?

It is your responsibility to track your package. Once it leaves our shop, it is in USPS's hands. If, in the rarest of situations, your item is lost by USPS, we will work with you to get a replacement package sent.
Exemption: if the tracking number shows "delivered," it will not fall under this "lost package" policy. If you live in an area where you have issues receiving your packages, contact our shop prior to placing an order and we can make a custom order with a "sign for package" option, or priority mail shipping, which is insured.
If your order is "returned to sender," because you entered the incorrect address, your order amount will be refunded, but not the original shipping costs.

Why do the shop's items show items in stock when the listing states "Made to Order"?

All items are made to order, once an order goes through, except the healing salve. The healing salve is made in small batches several times a week, so you will never get one that wasn't made within 1-2 days prior. We make things as they are ordered to ensure you get high-quality, just-made natural skin and lip care products.

Custom and personalized orders

We love to create custom orders and also to take care of a loved one's special day, whether it be a birthday gift, Christmas gift, and more.
Packages are wrapped and you can include a message. We will send a card with your package and message.
